Organization and users management

This page is intended for administrators of their Greenspector Studio organization. The administrator of an organization can access various monitoring and management functions via a specific tab. This tab is not visible to a β€œuser” member.

  • Administration: global dashboard

  • Usage: monitoring of Greenspector Studio usage (measurement time, number of analyses)

  • Billing: license subscription details, subscription end date, invoice history

  • Users: list of organization members and roles

Administration

The page Administration is the dashboard for all metrics visible to the administrator:

  • Overall monthly measurement time and by type of analysis

  • Number of analyses overall and by type

  • Number of users who logged in at least once

  • Type of license subscription

Usages

The Usage tab shows the total time consumed during each month since the start of the license.

Measurement times are broken down by month, by type of analysis and environment.

The number of analyses is also detailed by type and environment.

Billing

The Billing tab summarizes license information: license end date, invoice history, payment method and billing address.

Users

The Users tab displays the list of users. An administrator can create a new user or change the user type, or deactivate/activate a user.

User type

The administrator can choose a user type :

  • Administrator: An administrator can create an application, view all applications in his organization, add members to an application, but can only contribute to his own applications.

  • User: A user can create an application, contribute to its applications or to applications shared with him/her.

Add a user

Click on Add a user. Fill in the user's details, role and interface language. This can be changed in the personal settings if required.

When the administrator creates a user, the new user receives an e-mail to set his/her password.
