Analyses management

update 03 apr 2025

Analysis visibility

There are 2 levels of analysis visibility:

  • Private: Only analysis members added to the analysis will have access.

  • Internal: All members of the organization will be able to see the analysis.

Note: An administrator can view all the applications in his organization on the Analysis Portfolio page.

Roles

A filter at the top of the page lets you view analyses according to the role assigned to each one.

There is three roles available for a user :

  • Maintainer: The manager is generally the person who creates the application and is responsible for it. An application requires at least one manager. A manager can change the name, archive or delete the application. He can perform measurements. He can open the application and delete or deactivate the measurement.

  • Contributor: The contributor can perform measurements. They can open the application and delete or deactivate measurements.

  • Viewer: The viewer can view and open the application, but can't change anything and can't add measurements.

To add members with a specific role to an analysis, go to the Members tab in your analysis menu:

You can then add the desired members and their associated roles. Only members already present in the organization's user list can be added to an analysis.

An administrator cannot add actions to an application for which he/she does not have a contributor or maintainer role. But roles can be added by configuring the application's roles.

Deleting and modifying analyses

In the Analysis General tab, accessible only to the application maintainer, you can modify the analysis name.

You can also delete the analysis by entering its name in the text field. Please note that deletion is definitive.
